Outside part I - ce_hotz v.0.91 - 92

Hey whoever reading this :D I tried to make it less detailed but I couldn't resist to add more details on it :P As I said before, outside of the building won't be walkable on the first map release so I made it less detailed than inside of the building (without the corpses, decals, small props and stuff) :)
